Coastal Heights Distribution Centre At 428,000 square feet, this project provided some much-required light industrial lease space in the Campbell Heights business park in Surrey, BC. It was built to the highest specifications, with clear heights of 36 feet in the warehouse and many design features that promote sustainability in the local region. The project is now home to the Skechers’ first Distribution Centre in Canada.
Location: 18860 24 Ave, Surrey, BC 01 06 74 Avenue Utilities This project is located on the northeast corner of Dewdney Trunk Road and Cade Barr Street in the city of Mission. It will be comprised of four high-quality light industrial buildings on an 18.2-acre site, totaling over 400,000 sq. ft. Developed by Cedar Coast, this project promises to be a monumental addition to the City of Mission, representing over 25 per cent growth to Mission’s light industrial base and is the first new employment land development in Cedar Valley. As part of the development, two acres of land will be used for a new fire hall to serve the surrounding community.
Location: Cade Barr St & Dewdney Trunk Rd, Mission, BC 02 06 Cade Barr Business Park Centras delivered full civil engineering services for over 5 km of new sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure along the 74 Avenue corridor in West Clayton.
The project included hydraulic and sanitary modelling, route and depth optimization, and detailed design of conveyance and water quality systems within a constrained urban corridor.
Location: West Clayton – 74 Avenue (182 St to 192 St), Surrey BC 03 06 Riverside Road Business Park Minutes from the Trans Canada highway and located in an established industrial area in Abbotsford BC, this project will ultimately provide a variety of buildings and ranges of industrial space over six separate buildings. A true greenfield development, upon completion it will provide significant habitat restoration to an existing greenspace under the streamside protection and enhancement area regulation.
Location: Riverside Rd, Abbotsford, BC 04 06 140 Street Cycle Track Project Centras delivered full civil engineering services for over 2 km of protected cycle track along 140 Street, including intersection upgrades and bus stop reconstruction.
The design incorporated innovative cast-in-place concrete curbing and an elevated cycle track constructed within the existing roadway. This approach allowed retention of the existing curb and gutter, significantly reducing cost, minimizing utility conflicts, and accelerating the construction schedule.
